§ 01 · The Pitch we need

Scene 01 / 03

Right now

Rain. Pitch closed. Again.

Our grass pitch loses around 30 training sessions every winter. The girls' team trains under car-park lights. The U10s lose their slot every time the senior fixture moves. The pitch can't keep up with the club.

A typical Wexford winter on the existing pitch.

The ask & where every €500 goes

One pitch, two ways to back it.

The club is keeping the offering deliberately simple. Pick the option that suits you — either way, your name goes on the wall. The tracker on the right shows what each phase of the build costs.

Whichever you choose — your name goes on the wall at the club grounds.

Where every €500 goes

Eight phases of build.

Tap any phase to see what gets done at that level. We’re currently at €32,800 of €400,000.

  1. Strip the existing surface, lay drainage runs and a proper sub-base. The wettest pitch in Wexford starts to dry.

    The build properly begins.

How to contribute

Set it up in your own bank. Two minutes.

There's no card form on this site. You set up a Standing Order to the club's account directly in your bank's app — the same way you'd pay the ESB. Pick your bank below for step-by-step.

The wall

Names on the wall. Logos on the fence.

Every Standing Order makes the list. The donor wall below mirrors the physical wall at the club grounds — and the sponsor row is where local businesses get seen at every match.
